Features & Benefits
This versatile, compact instrument can be used to measure and control any combination of inputs from pH, redox, dissolved oxygen or conductivity sensors, with their associated temperature sensors. Relays and current outputs can be assigned to any measurement of choice.
pH and Redox Input
By providing the user with the flexibility to use virtually any pH electrode system, with single ended or differential inputs, means a single instrument can be used for the majority of pH measurement and control applications. Temperature compensator selection can be manual or automatic utilising Pt100 or Pt1000 temperature sensors. Simultaneous display of pH, temperature and electrode mV enables the user to determine sensor performance and process state.
Dissolved Oxygen Input
Simple configuration of the dissolved oxygen sensor type, means this instrument can be used with virtually any polarographic or galvanic dissolved oxygen sensor. Parameters such as membrane co-efficient, polarisation voltage and temperature compensator type, can be easily programmed into the instrument. Or for quick setup, a choice of popular default settings can be selected. Simultaneous display of dissolved oxygen in % saturation or partial pressure, raw probe output in nA and temperature, provides the user with all of the information needed to determine sensor performance and process state.
Conductivity & Resistivity Input
A choice of either contacting conductivity cell input, or electrodeless conductivity sensor input, enables this instrument to measure from ultra pure water quality to concentrated acids and alkalis. The measurement units can be displayed as resistivity (MΩ.cm) or conductivity (µS/cm). Built in algorithms allow the unit to interpret conductivity as concentration of acids and alkalis in % concentration (wt/vol). Automatic temperature compensation is applied to the measurement as an adjustable linear slope or full ultra pure water compensation.
